Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between DevNuro ("we," "our," or "us") and you ("Client" or "you") when you engage our development services or use our website.

1. Services

DevNuro provides web development, eCommerce development, API integration, business automation, analytics setup, and related digital services as agreed upon in each project scope. Each project is governed by a separate scope of work (SOW) or project proposal that outlines deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

2. Project Scope and Changes

The scope of work is defined before work begins. Any changes or additions to the scope after the project has started may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. We will communicate any such changes before proceeding.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is agreed upon in the project proposal. Payment terms are as follows:

• Fixed-price projects: 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before final delivery.
• Hourly work: Invoiced weekly or bi-weekly, net 7 days.
• Retainer plans: Billed monthly in advance.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide timely access to necessary systems, accounts, content, and feedback
• Ensure they have the legal right to use any materials provided to DevNuro
• Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
• Make timely payments as agreed

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of the custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for the project. DevNuro retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (libraries, frameworks, plugins) remain under their respective licenses.

6. Revisions and Approval

Fixed-price projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions on primary deliverables. Additional revisions may be billed at the hourly rate. The Client is responsible for providing final approval before launch. Once approved, further changes are treated as a new scope of work.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. DevNuro will not share or reuse the Client's business data, customer information, or proprietary logic in other projects.

8. Limitation of Liability

DevNuro's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 7 days written notice. In the event of termination, the Client pays for work completed up to the termination date. Completed work is delivered upon payment.

10. Support After Launch

Fixed-price projects include 7 days of post-launch bug-fixing support at no additional cost. Beyond that, ongoing support is available through our retainer plans or on an hourly basis.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation before seeking legal remedies.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
